Complete rebuilding of a fire-damaged Grade II listed Georgian terrace in central Bristol. The building was a notorious landmark, famous for being vacant for decades, following a terrible fire that completely gutted the building. The terrace was in such poor condition that it was condemned and had to be rebuilt. Rebuilding a listed building provided many challenges.

Close collaboration was required with English Heritage to make sure the project was completed in the unique style of Georgian England. The disparity between the neighbouring buildings along the streetscape presented the opportunity to add two more floors. The newly constructed building has a shop at ground level and five floors of student accommodation.
