This transformative project in the Minet Conservation Area, close to Myatt’s Fields redefines a late-Victorian family home. Integrating a loft conversion, side-return extension, and a novel Victorian conservatory at the rear, the design adheres to stringent planning rules. The centrepiece, a Victorian-style timber conservatory in an off-white hue, seamlessly blends into the historical context.

A loft conversion introduces a new bedroom, accessed via a delicate timber staircase, enriching the spatial dynamics. On the ground floor, thoughtful extensions harmonise eclectic tastes, seamlessly merging period charm with contemporary elements.
